Terms of Service: Volume Booster: Equalizer Pro

By downloading or using the Volume Booster: Equalizer Pro mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1. Acceptance of Risk (Speaker & Hearing Safety)

CRITICAL WARNING: Volume Booster: Equalizer Pro allows you to increase audio output beyond standard system limits (up to 200%).

Hardware Damage: You acknowledge that boosting audio to high levels can cause permanent damage to your device’s physical speakers or connected hardware (headphones, Bluetooth speakers).

Hearing Health: Listening to loud audio for extended periods can cause permanent hearing impairment.

Liability: By using this Service, you agree that softAIO shall NOT be held liable for any damage to hardware, loss of data, or personal injury (including hearing loss) resulting from the use of this application. You use this software at your own risk.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a device you own or control.

3. VIP Status & Virtual Rewards

VIP Unlock: Users can unlock "VIP" features by sharing the app or engaging with rewarded advertisements.

No Monetary Value: VIP status and the 200% boost are virtual features within the app and have no real-world monetary value.

Revocation: We reserve the right to modify or remove "VIP" features at any time for maintenance or update purposes.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or "crack" the premium features of the App.

Use the App for any illegal activities in your jurisdiction.

Use automated scripts to manipulate the "Share to Unlock" system.

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates Google AdMob and Firebase. Your use of the Service is also governed by the privacy policies of these third parties. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party advertisements.

6. Changes to Terms

softAIO reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through an in-app update or by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In-App Link: It is a "Pro" move to add a "Terms of Service" button inside your App's Settings or About menu so users can read it anytime.

The First Launch: When the user opens the app for the very first time, showing a small "I agree to the Terms and the Hardware Disclaimer" checkbox is the best way to protect yourself legally.
